How do companies view MBA Degrees from the University of Phoenix Online school?

Author: I’m trying to decide if an MBA from University of Phoenix is well viewed by companies or if it’s a waste of money.
Also is you know of other universities in california who also offer online MBA programs please let me know of them. I would prefer a real school over phoenix.
