Is online education courses acceptable to companies that you would like to apply for a job?

Author: Like Kaplan University, they offer online degrees. Are the companies that i would like apply for a job accept online diplomas or certificates after passing a certain course?

Do you think online degrees from an accredited school are accepted like an actual university degree?
Meaning is the University of Phoenix online degree just as good as a NC State University or University of Miami degree?

Does getting a second bachelor’s degree online or an associate degree online sound like a good idea?
I mean for the economic climate. Is an associate degree even relevant anymore? And would a BA acquired online be looked down upon? I don’t think I have the money, grades, or patience for grad school.
