What is the best online schooling system for Jacksonville NC?

Author: I want to start online schooling but I don’t know how. Does any body know how to start this
What are the best online universities that offer masters degrees?
I would like to get an online masters degree in marketing. What are the best online universities? Are there any reputable conventional Universities that offer full degrees online? Harvard offers online courses, some of which could be counted towards a masters degree, but does not offer a full degree online.
I am not a residence of the US and not able to travel to attend regular courses but I am able to travel for tests.
I guess I’m looking for a good marketing masters program from a reputable university.
