Is there an online university course that I can start at any time?

Author: I need to transfer one additional credit to my home university (a normal course is 3 credits at my university). I need to transfer this credit by early May. I am actually able to take any course I would like.
I am wondering if anyone would know of any short-term online courses with credit which I could start at anytime and finish within a few weeks?
